Corporate and investment lawyers forum
The Corporate & Investment Lawyers Forum is a specialized initiative aimed at advancing professional excellence in the field of corporate and investment law. It brings together a select group of experienced practitioners and emerging lawyers to exchange knowledge, share expertise, and strengthen professional networks. The forum is organized in strategic partnership with Karim Awad Law Firm, under the leadership of Mr. Karim Awad as the forum’s legal partner. It serves as a platform that unites distinguished legal expertise dedicated to supporting and developing the corporate and investment legal sector.
The First Forum for Corporate & Investment Lawyers was held on Saturday, November 18, 2023, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the premises of the Small Industries Association in 6th of October City.
The Second Forum for Corporate & Investment Lawyers was organized in cooperation with the Egyptian Society for Political Economy, Statistics, and Legislation. It was held on Saturday, December 16, 2023, at the Society’s conference hall.
The Third Forum for Corporate & Investment Lawyers was organized in cooperation with Al Ahram Legal Magazine and under the patronage of the Giza North Bar Association. It was held on Saturday, January 20, 2024, at the Lawyers’ Nile Club in Agouza, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
The Fourth Forum for Corporate & Investment Lawyers was held in cooperation with the Women’s Committee of the Egyptian Bar Association, under the patronage of the Head of the Egyptian Bar and President of the Union of Arab Lawyers. It took place on February 10, 2024, at the Lawyers’ Nile Club in Maadi.
The Fifth Forum for Corporate & Investment Lawyers was held as a Ramadan legal evening in cooperation with the Youth Committee of the Giza North Bar Association during the holy month of Ramadan.
The Sixth Forum for Corporate & Investment Lawyers was organized in cooperation with the Youth Committee of the Giza North Bar Association, in celebration of the World Intellectual Property Day. The forum addressed the importance of protecting corporate and creative intellectual property rights. It was held on Wednesday, April 24, 2024, at the Lawyers’ Nile Club in Agouza, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
The Seventh Forum for Corporate & Investment Lawyers was organized in cooperation with the North Cairo Bar Association, under the patronage of Mr. Amr Mohy El-Din, Head of the North Cairo Bar. It was also held in collaboration with members of the North Cairo Corporate Lawyers Committee. The forum took place on Thursday, July 25, 2024, at the North Cairo Bar Association headquarters (Al-Sahil Branch – beside Al-Talfawi Square), from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
The Eighth Forum for Corporate & Investment Lawyers was organized in cooperation with the Helwan Bar Association, under the patronage of Mr. Gamal El-Sheikhy, Head of Helwan Lawyers, and Mr. Ahmed Abu Gneish, Secretary-General of the Helwan Bar Branch. The forum was held on Saturday, June 29, 2024, at the Helwan Bar Association headquarters, Branch No. 50, Mansour Street (next to Zein Mall, in front of Helwan Metro Station), from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
The Ninth Forum for Corporate & Investment Lawyers was organized in cooperation with the South Qalyubia Bar Association, under the patronage of Mr. Magdy Hafez, Head of the South Qalyubia Bar, and in coordination with Mr. Ayman Taha, Undersecretary of the South Qalyubia Bar. The forum was held on Sunday, July 7, 2024, at the South Qalyubia Bar Association headquarters – El-Nada Tower, Ahmed Helmy Street, behind El-Khima Police Station, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
The Tenth Forum for Corporate & Investment Lawyers was organized in cooperation with the Moham Project Program, under the patronage of the North Giza Bar Association.
The Eleventh Forum for Corporate & Investment Lawyers was announced as part of our ongoing efforts to promote legal awareness, under a framework of international cooperation with the Justice Ambassadors for Law & Arbitration Office in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. The forum was held online.
The Twelfth Forum for Corporate & Investment Lawyers was organized in cooperation with the South Giza Bar Association, under the patronage of Mr. Gamal Omar, Head of the South Giza Bar, and Mr. Gamal Ahmed, Head of the Civil Committee at the South Giza Bar. The forum was held on Saturday, October 26, 2024, at the South Giza Bar Association headquarters, in 6th of October City.
